  • 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh cilantro (chopped)
  • 1 cup Water

1. In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Add the chicken pieces and mix well to coat evenly. Let it marinate for 20 minutes.
