Ingredients

  • 400 grams Milk chocolate
  • 400 grams Sweetened condensed milk
  • 150 grams Powdered sugar
  • 100 grams Peanut butter (creamy, unsweetened)
  • 150 grams Marshmallow fluff
  • 300 grams Soft caramel candies
  • 60 ml Heavy cream

Directions

Step 1

Line an 8x8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang on the sides for easy removal.

Step 2

Melt 200 grams of the milk chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a pot of simmering water, stirring until smooth. Pour the melted chocolate into the prepared pan and spread it evenly to create the base layer. Place the pan in the freezer for 10 minutes to set.

Step 3

In a medium-sized bowl, mix the marshmallow fluff, peanut butter, and powdered sugar. Stir until it forms a thick, sticky nougat layer.

Step 4

Remove the pan from the freezer and spread the nougat mixture evenly over the chocolate layer using a spatula. Freeze again for 10 minutes.

Step 5

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the soft caramel candies with the heavy cream in 20-second intervals, stirring after each interval until smooth. Pour the melted caramel over the nougat layer and spread it evenly. Return the pan to the freezer for another 10 minutes to set.

Step 6

Melt the remaining 200 grams of milk chocolate as before. Remove the pan from the freezer and pour the melted chocolate over the caramel layer, spreading it smoothly to create the top chocolate layer.

Step 7

Refrigerate the pan for at least 1 hour, or until fully set.

Step 8

Once set, use the parchment paper overhang to lift the entire bar out of the pan. Place it on a cutting board and use a sharp knife to cut it into 16 equal bars.

Step 9

Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
