  • 100 grams Unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons Golden syrup
  • 4 cups Rice cereal
  • 2 cups Mini marshmallows
  • 200 grams Milk chocolate
  • 50 grams White chocolate (optional, for drizzling)

Directions

Step 1

Line a 9x9-inch (23x23 cm) square baking tin with parchment paper, ensuring the edges overhang for easy removal later.

Roughly chop the Mars Bars into small pieces. In a medium saucepan, melt the Mars Bars, unsalted butter, and golden syrup over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth and fully combined.
