  • 1 large red bell pepper
  • 1 large yellow bell pepper
  • 1 medium zucchini

  • 8 pieces wooden or metal skewers

Directions

Step 1

If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 20 minutes to prevent burning during grilling.
