Directions

Step 1

Place the chicken breasts between two sheets of plastic wrap and pound them to an even thickness of about 1/2 inch.

In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.
