Ingredients

  • 3 pounds Pork loin roast
  • 0.5 cup Maple syrup
  • 0.25 cup Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons Whole grain mustard
  • 2 tablespoons Apple cider vinegar
  • 4 cloves Garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh thyme, leaves only

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2

Pat the pork loin roast dry with paper towels and place it in a roasting pan or baking dish.

Step 3

In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, Dijon mustard, whole grain mustard, apple cider vinegar, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, black pepper, rosemary, and thyme to create the glaze.
