  • 1 cup Mango puree
  • 1 bag Green tea
  • 1 cup Boiling water
  • 1 cup Milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 1 cup Ice cubes

Directions

Step 1

Start by preparing the tapioca pearls. Bring 6 cups of water to a boil in a medium-sized pot. Once boiling, add 1 cup of tapioca pearls, stirring gently to prevent sticking.

Reduce the heat to medium and cook the tapioca pearls for about 15 minutes or until they become translucent, stirring occasionally.

Step 3

After the tapioca pearls are cooked, turn off the heat and cover the pot. Let the pearls sit in the hot water for an additional 5 minutes to ensure they are fully cooked and chewy.

Drain the tapioca pearls and rinse them with cold water to stop the cooking process. Set them aside.
