Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Mahi Mahi fillets
  • 3 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons Lime juice
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 1 large Mango, diced
  • 1 medium Red bell pepper, diced
  • 0.5 small Red onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Cilantro, chopped
  • 1 small Jalapeño, finely minced
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh lime juice

Directions

Step 1

In a small bowl, combine lemon juice, lime juice, minced garlic, olive oil, paprika, ground cumin, salt, and black pepper.

Step 2

Place the Mahi Mahi fillets in a shallow dish or a resealable plastic bag. Pour the marinade over the fillets, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for 15–20 minutes.

Step 3

While the fish marinates, prepare the mango salsa. In a medium bowl, combine diced mango, red bell pepper, red onion, chopped cilantro, minced jalapeño, honey, and fresh lime juice. Mix gently and set aside.

Step 4

Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add a drizzle of olive oil if needed.

Step 5

Remove the Mahi Mahi fillets from the marinade and shake off excess liquid. Place the fillets in the skillet and cook for 4–5 minutes per side, or until the fish is golden brown and easily flakes with a fork.

Step 6

Transfer the cooked Mahi Mahi fillets to serving plates and top with the prepared mango salsa.

Step 7

Serve immediately with steamed rice, grilled vegetables, or your favorite side dish for a complete meal.
