  • 500 grams Chicken (bone-in or boneless, cut into pieces)

  • 10 leaves Curry leaves
  • 200 milliliters Coconut milk
  • 3 tablespoons Vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 2 teaspoons Red chili powder
  • 1.5 teaspoons Coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh cilantro (chopped, for garnish)
  • 1 cup Water

Directions

Step 1

Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat.

Step 2

Add curry leaves and allow them to sizzle for a few seconds.

Add the chopped onions and sauté until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.

Stir in the ginger-garlic paste and sauté for an additional minute until fragrant.
