Ingredients

  • 0.5 head red cabbage

  • 0.25 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley

Directions

Step 1

Thinly slice the medium red onion and place it in a bowl or jar.

In a small saucepan, combine apple cider vinegar, water, erythritol, and salt. Heat until the sweetener and salt are dissolved, then pour the mixture over the sliced onions.
