Ingredients

  • 16 ounces Mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar

  • 24 Ladyfinger cookies

Directions

Step 1

In a mixing bowl, combine the mascarpone cheese, 1/2 cup of the heavy cream, and 1/2 cup of the granulated sugar. Beat until smooth and creamy. Set aside.

In another bowl, use an electric mixer to whip the remaining 1/2 cup of heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture until evenly combined.
