Ingredients

  • 0.5 cup Cold water
  • 1 cup Heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons Powdered sugar

Directions

Step 1

In a medium bowl, dissolve the flavored gelatin powder in the boiling water. Stir until the gelatin is completely dissolved, about 1-2 minutes.

Add the cold water to the dissolved gelatin mixture and stir to combine. Allow the mixture to cool to room temperature, but do not let it fully set.

In a large mixing bowl, whip the heavy whipping cream on medium-high speed using an electric mixer until soft peaks form.
