Ingredients

  • 2 cups Whole milk
  • 2 teaspoons Unflavored gelatin powder
  • 2 tablespoons Granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.25 cup Cold water

Step 1

In a small bowl, sprinkle the unflavored gelatin powder over 1/4 cup of cold water. Let it sit for 5 minutes to bloom.
