In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, finely chopped onion, panko breadcrumbs, milk, egg, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly with your hands until well combined.
Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape each into a round patty about 1.5 cm thick. Make a shallow indentation in the center of each patty to ensure even cooking.
