  • 0.5 teaspoon Allspice powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Thyme, dried
  • 1 Scotch bonnet pepper, minced (optional for heat)
  • 0.25 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 0.5 cup Chicken stock
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
  • 1 Egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, turmeric powder, and salt.

Cut in the cold butter using a pastry cutter or your fingers until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
