Ingredients

  • 3 cups All-purpose flour
  • 2.25 teaspoons Active dry yeast
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Warm water
  • 0.5 cup Milk
  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted butter
  • 3 medium Fresh jalapenos, finely chopped
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil (for greasing)

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the warm water, sugar, and active dry yeast. Stir gently and let it sit for 5-10 minutes until the mixture becomes frothy.

In a small saucepan, heat the milk and butter over low heat until the butter melts. Let it cool slightly to lukewarm temperature.
