Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Chicken thighs (bone-in, skin-on)
  • 2 pieces Fresh jalapenos
  • 1 cup Fresh basil leaves
  • 3 tablespoons Honey
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh lime juice
  • 3 cloves Garlic cloves (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Water

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Pat the chicken thighs dry with a paper towel and season both sides with salt and pepper. Set aside.

Slice the jalapenos into thin rounds and remove the seeds if you prefer less heat.

In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, lime juice, and 2 tablespoons of water to make the glaze base. Set it aside.
