Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Large flour tortillas
  • 8 slices Sliced salami
  • 8 slices Sliced pepperoni
  • 4 slices Sliced provolone cheese
  • 4 leaves Romaine lettuce
  • 2 pieces Sliced Roma tomatoes
  • 0.25 cup Thinly sliced red onion
  • 0.5 cup Sliced roasted red peppers
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Balsamic vinegar
  • 0.5 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Lay a flour tortilla flat on a clean surface or cutting board.

Step 2

Spread ½ tablespoon of Dijon mustard and ½ tablespoon of mayonnaise evenly across the center of the tortilla.

Step 3

Drizzle a small amount (about ¼ teaspoon) of balsamic vinegar over the mustard and mayonnaise mixture.

Step 4

Sprinkle a pinch of dried oregano, salt, and black pepper on top of the spread for added flavor.

Step 5

Place one slice of romaine lettuce in the center of the tortilla.

Step 6
