Ingredients

  • 500 grams Ground turkey
  • 50 grams Breadcrumbs
  • 30 grams Grated Parmesan cheese

  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley

  • 1 teaspoon Dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Finely mince the garlic and chop the parsley.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, minced garlic, parsley, oregano, basil, salt, and black pepper.
