  • 4 pieces Chicken breasts
  • 2 cups Fresh spinach
  • 1 cup Sun-dried tomatoes (chopped)

  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Paprika
  • 8 pieces Toothpicks

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.

Place the chicken breasts on a flat surface. Carefully slice a pocket into the side of each chicken breast, ensuring you do not cut all the way through.

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds, until fragrant.
