Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Italian sausage links
  • 2 medium Yellow onion
  • 1 large Green bell pepper
  • 1 large Red bell pepper
  • 3 pieces Garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 cup Crushed tomatoes
  • 0.5 cup Dry white wine
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Dried basil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the Italian sausage links and cook until browned on all sides, about 6-8 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
