  • 4 ounces Provolone cheese

  • 2 tablespoons Red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove Garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Directions

Step 1

Wash and dry the romaine lettuce. Chop it into bite-sized pieces and place in a large bowl.
