  • 300 milliliters Marinara sauce
  • 12 leaves Fresh basil leaves

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, Italian breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, minced garlic, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

Divide the mixture into 6 equal portions and shape each portion into a patty, about the size of your ciabatta rolls.
