  • 500 grams Ground beef
  • 250 grams Ground pork
  • 120 grams Breadcrumbs
  • 75 grams Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 pieces Large egg
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 60 ml Milk
  • 20 grams Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Dried basil
  • 1.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a 9x9-inch (23x23 cm) baking dish with olive oil.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, and grated Parmesan cheese. Mix with clean hands or a large spoon until evenly distributed.
