  • 4 pieces Hoagie rolls
  • 8 slices Salami
  • 8 slices Pepperoni
  • 8 slices Capicola (or prosciutto)

  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Slice the hoagie rolls lengthwise but do not cut all the way through, leaving them connected on one side.

In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, olive oil, dried oregano, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper to make the tangy dressing. Stir well to combine.
