Ingredients

  • 6 slices Italian bread (or ciabatta)
  • 4 tablespoons Pesto sauce
  • 4 slices Provolone cheese
  • 4 slices Salami
  • 4 slices Capicola
  • 4 slices Mortadella
  • 1 large (sliced thinly) Tomato
  • 4 leaves Romaine lettuce
  • 2 tablespoons Mayo
  • 1 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Lay out the bread slices on a clean surface. Spread 1 tablespoon of pesto sauce evenly onto two of the slices.

Step 2

On the next two slices of bread, spread 1 tablespoon of mayo evenly.
