  • 4 pieces Sub rolls or hoagie buns
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese
  • 4 leaves Lettuce leaves
  • 1 large Tomato
  • 0.5 medium Red onion
  • 0.25 cup Banana peppers (optional)
  • 0.25 cup Italian dressing

Directions

Step 1

Prepare the chicken by patting the breasts dry with a paper towel. Cut each breast lengthwise into thinner cutlets if needed.

In a medium-sized bowl, mix the olive oil, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
