  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 10 pieces fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • 30 grams Parmesan cheese, grated

Directions

Step 1

Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and season with 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning, 0.5 teaspoons of salt, and 0.25 teaspoons of black pepper.

Step 2

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
