  • 2 pieces (boneless, skinless) Chicken breast

  • 2 cups Marinara sauce
  • 1 cup Ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups (divided) Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 cups Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons (chopped) Fresh basil leaves
  • 6 large pieces Flour tortillas
  • 1 as needed Cooking spray

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray and set aside.

Step 2

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Cook for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked through. Remove from the skillet and shred the chicken using two forks.
