  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1 teaspoon Dried basil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tablespoon Water
  • 2 tablespoons All-purpose flour (for dusting)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Lightly dust your work surface with flour. Roll out the puff pastry sheets to smooth any creases and ensure they are even in thickness.

In a small bowl, whisk together the shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, oregano, basil, and garlic powder.

In a separate bowl, beat the egg with 1 tablespoon of water to create an egg wash.
