Ingredients

  • 500 grams beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 pieces garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 piece red bell pepper, julienned
  • 1 piece yellow bell pepper, julienned
  • 1 piece zucchini, sliced into half-moons
  • 1 piece red onion, thinly sliced
  • 200 grams cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning blend
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 50 grams Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 10 grams fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Prepare all the ingredients by slicing the beef, chopping the vegetables, and mincing the garlic.

Step 2

In a large skillet or wok, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium-high heat.

Add the sliced beef to the skillet in a single layer and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
