  • 6 Hoagie rolls
  • 12 slices Provolone cheese slices

  • 0.5 teaspoons Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Season the beef chuck roast with salt and black pepper on all sides.

In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat. Sear the roast on all sides until browned, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove the beef and set aside.
