  • 0.5 pounds ground pork
  • 0.5 cup pineapple chunks (canned, drained, and finely chopped)

  • 0.25 teaspoon allspice
  • 0.25 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons pineapple juice (reserved from canned pineapple)
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray or a light coating of oil.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, chopped pineapple, coconut milk, panko breadcrumbs, egg, chopped scallions, diced red bell pepper, soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, ground ginger, and allspice.
