Ingredients

  • 200 grams Granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Instant coffee granules
  • 250 milliliters Heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons Powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Irish whiskey
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 30 grams Dark chocolate (for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 250°F (120°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a clean mixing bowl, add the egg whites and whisk using an electric mixer on medium speed until soft peaks form.

Gradually add the granulated sugar, one tablespoon at a time, while continuing to whisk. Increase the speed to high and whisk until stiff, glossy peaks form.
