  • 1.5 cups Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.25 cups Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 0.5 cups Pizza sauce
  • 8 pieces Fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoons Garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoons Dried oregano

Directions

Step 1

Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of olive oil, swirling to coat the surface.

Sprinkle a thin, even layer of shredded mozzarella cheese (about 1/4 cup) directly onto the skillet. Let it begin to melt and form a crispy cheese crust.

Carefully place one flour tortilla on top of the melting cheese, pressing gently to adhere. Allow it to cook for 1-2 minutes until the cheese begins to crisp against the tortilla.
