  • 3 cups Grated carrots
  • 1 cup Chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
  • 8 ounces Cream cheese (softened)
  • 0.5 cups Powdered sugar
  • 1 large Egg yolk
  • 1 teaspoons Vanilla extract (for filling)

Directions

Step 1
