  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp Sesame seeds
  • 2 Green onions, sliced

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the soy sauce, sweet soy sauce (kecap manis), minced garlic, grated ginger, brown sugar, lime juice, chili paste, turmeric powder, and coriander powder. Whisk until the marinade is well combined.

Add the chicken wings to the bowl, coating them thoroughly in the marinade. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or ideally overnight, to allow the flavors to penetrate.
