  • 1 pound Ground beef (80/20 blend)
  • 0.5 pound Italian sausage
  • 0.75 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 0.25 cup Milk

  • 1 cup Marinara sauce
  • 0.5 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease lightly with cooking spray.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the breadcrumbs and milk. Let sit for 2-3 minutes to allow the breadcrumbs to absorb the milk.
