  • 0.5 teaspoon Fenugreek seeds
  • 3 chilies Dried red chilies
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground ginger
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground nutmeg

Directions

Step 1

Place the cumin seeds, coriander seeds, cardamom pods, whole cloves, black peppercorns, fenugreek seeds, and dried red chilies into a dry skillet.

Step 2

Toast the spices over medium heat, stirring frequently, for about 2-3 minutes or until they become fragrant. Be careful not to burn them.
