Directions

Step 1

Start by finely chopping the tomatoes and onion. Mince the garlic, ginger, and green chilies.

Heat the vegetable oil in a medium-sized saucepan over medium heat.

Add the cumin seeds and mustard seeds to the hot oil. Let them sizzle and pop for about 30 seconds.
