Ingredients

  • 2 units Chai tea bags
  • 240 ml Boiling water
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 240 ml Soy milk
  • 6 units Ice cubes
  • 1 tbsp Maple syrup or sweetener of choice
  • 1 pinch Ground cinnamon (optional for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

1. Boil 240 ml of water and steep 2 chai tea bags in it for 5-7 minutes to make a strong chai concentrate.

2. Remove the tea bags and stir in 1 tsp of vanilla extract and 1 tbsp of maple syrup or your preferred sweetener. Let the chai concentrate cool to room temperature.

3. Once cool, fill a tall glass with 6 ice cubes.
