  • 1 medium Onion, finely diced

  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 0.25 tsp Black pepper
  • 120 ml Chicken or beef stock
  • 50 g Breadcrumbs
  • 2 sheets Puff pastry sheets, thawed
  • 1 large Egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • 10 g All-purpose flour (for rolling pastry)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground pork until browned, breaking it up into small pieces with a spoon. Drain any excess fat.

Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 3-4 minutes until softened and fragrant.
