  • 4 pieces Hoagie rolls
  • 8 slices Sliced provolone cheese
  • 8 slices Sliced salami
  • 8 slices Sliced pepperoni
  • 8 slices Sliced ham
  • 2 cups Shredded lettuce
  • 2 pieces Sliced tomatoes
  • 0.5 pieces Sliced red onion
  • 1 cup Banana pepper rings
  • 0.5 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Slice the hoagie rolls in half lengthwise without cutting completely through, so they remain hinged.

Place the hoagie rolls on a baking sheet and layer 2 slices of provolone cheese into the bottom of each roll.
