  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 3 cups vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons hot sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Directions

Step 1

Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces, about 1 inch in size.

In a medium bowl, mix the buttermilk with 1 tablespoon of hot sauce. Add the chicken pieces and let them marinate for at least 20 minutes (or up to 1 hour for more flavor).
