Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Submarine sandwich rolls
  • 1 cup Pizza sauce
  • 2 cups Mozzarella cheese
  • 20 pieces Pepperoni slices
  • 1 cup Cooked Italian sausage
  • 0.5 piece Green bell pepper, diced
  • 0.5 piece Red onion, thinly sliced
  • 4 tablespoons Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2

Slice the submarine rolls in half lengthwise, but don’t slice all the way through to keep them hinged.

Step 3

Melt the butter in a small bowl. Stir in garlic powder and Italian seasoning.

Brush the inside of each roll with the seasoned butter mixture.
