  • 500 grams ground pork
  • 500 grams ground beef
  • 100 grams breadcrumbs
  • 50 grams Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 large egg
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground pork and ground beef. Mix until evenly blended.

Add breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, egg, minced garlic, dried oregano, dried basil, crushed red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper to the bowl. Mix well until all the ingredients are thoroughly combined.
