Ingredients

  • 8 slices Sliced deli ham
  • 4 slices Sliced cheese (Swiss, cheddar, or your choice)
  • 4 slices Bread (white, whole wheat, or sourdough)
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard (optional)
  • 2 teaspoons Mayonnaise (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat a nonstick skillet or griddle over medium heat.

Step 2

Spread butter evenly on one side of each slice of bread.

Step 3
