Ingredients

  • 8 oz Cream cheese
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 1 cup Shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 lb Dungeness crab meat
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 tsp Hot sauce
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper
  • 2 stalks Green onions, chopped
  • 0.5 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp Butter, melted

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream. Mix until smooth and creamy.

Step 3

Stir in the shredded sharp cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, lemon juice, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper.

Step 4

Gently fold in the Dungeness crab meat, being careful not to break it apart too much, to maintain its texture.

Step 5

Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish or oven-safe skillet, spreading it out evenly.

Step 6

In a small bowl, mix the Panko breadcrumbs with the melted butter. Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture evenly over the top of the crab dip.

Step 7

Bake in the preheated oven for 20–25 minutes or until the dip is hot and bubbly, and the topping is golden brown.

Step 8

Remove the dish from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.

Step 9

Garnish with chopped green onions and serve warm with crackers, sliced baguette, or fresh vegetables for dipping.
