Directions

Step 1

Start by washing the cucumbers, onion, and bell peppers. Finely chop all the vegetables and measure their quantities to ensure accuracy.

Place the chopped cucumber, onion, red bell pepper, and green bell pepper into a large bowl. Sprinkle the salt over the vegetables, mix well, and let it sit for 1 hour to draw out excess moisture.
