Ingredients

  • 8 ounces Lump crab meat
  • 8 ounces Cream cheese
  • 0.25 cup Mayonnaise
  • 0.25 cup Sour cream
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.33 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves Minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Hot sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Green onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Dried parsley
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, grated Parmesan cheese, and 3/4 cup of shredded cheddar cheese. Mix until smooth and well-combined.

Step 3

Add lump crab meat, minced garlic, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, green onions, dried parsley, salt, and black pepper. Gently fold the mixture to evenly distribute the ingredients, making sure not to break up the crab meat too much.

Step 4

Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe baking dish and spread it out evenly.

Step 5

Sprinkle the remaining 1/4 cup of shredded cheddar cheese over the top.

Step 6

Bake the dip in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes or until hot and bubbly. The top should be lightly golden.

Step 7

Remove from the oven and let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.

Step 8

Serve warm with crackers, toasted baguette slices, tortilla chips, or fresh vegetables for dipping.
